Grayce Body & Breath, a Yoga Studio

Our Tastemakers crew tends to stay quite busy from day to day, so our Sip & Soul event at Grayce Body & Breath, a yoga studio, was a much-needed break from the typical hustle.

Grayce opened its doors earlier this year, founded by mother-daughter duo Erin Gray and Daisy Gray Moses. The studio space is an airy room with wooden beams spanning high ceilings and exposed brick walls, which sets the ideal mood for a calming yoga experience. It’s located right in the bustling heart of downtown on King Street, but we would have never known it once we started your yoga practice.

After an amazing 45-minute flow we were all happy, a little sweaty and very thirsty and hungry. Luckily, we got to sip refreshing non-alcoholic rosé from the newly opened Séchey right up the street, and grabbed some of their other spirit-free beverages to take home with us. Smoothie “Elixir” bowls and cold-pressed green juice from Eucalyptus Wellness provided the perfect nourishment to refuel ourselves with fruits and veggies.

We partnered with Dee Norton Child Advocacy Center for this event, with 10% of Grayce class and memberships sales in March going to the organization. Dee Norton Center’s mission is to help prevent child abuse, protect children and heal families from the trauma of abuse, a cause we were honored to support.
